We are enjoying some fine hot weather here in South Florida along with most of the country. Wildlife in the swamp seems to be on siesta. Here are some shots from the past couple of weeks:

In other news, I will be taking a trip to Washington pretty soon, with both vacation and working time. I am looking forward to spending time with friends and exploring Olympic National Park. It will be my first trip to the pacific northwest and I am very excited about it. It will be nice to get a break from the heat, and I am hoping to see and photograph some new wildlife.
